Sarah and her team are professional, creative, enthusiastic, resourceful, flexible and incredibly talented. Our event was held in the field house of a local university which required a total transformation of the space from a sports facility filled with bleachers, scoreboards and cinder block walls to an exciting, high end night club complete with catwalk, lights and dance floor.
Not only did they work closely with us in creating a delicious menu, they assisted us in selecting the evening’s décor elements, staging of tables around the catwalk to maximize the service and the installation of a full service kitchen adjacent to the field house. Sarah and her team recently catered a fundraising event for 150 Guests Supporting the Keeler Tavern Museum and it was the best catered event that we have ever hosted. Sarah decided the most effective way to cook and serve would be to create a temporary kitchen in a small section of our 3 lane service drive, rather than use our employee kitchen on our lower level. No previous caterer had considered this as an option.
Her plan worked extremely well, and many guests made a point to tell me, not only was it the most creative, inventive, enjoyable and satisfying food that have had, but it was also served piping hot and timely.
We have had other well catered events, but this one far exceeded any other. They planned, organized and delivered what I believe was a superb performance. I will try and persuade all future organizations to use Sarah as their caterer for events we host. Not only was it a great experience for the event participants, it was also a great reflection on the dealership.
